Jk Rowling is doing a book tour for her 7 and final Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows. She will be in Los Angeles in October and if you are a hardcore Harry Potter fan then this is the event to be at.
"I will be appearing at the Los Angeles Kodak Theatre Monday, October 15Th" JK Rowling on her website. "At each event I will read from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows... answer questions about the entire series, and sign copies of the latest book."

And on the far horizon she is also talking about writing a Harry Potter Encyclopedia that will flesh out her supporting characters, she always said Dean Thomas had a great story to him. And maybe we will find out what Hermione became, her career I'm sure is NOT being married to Ron.
