This is very exciting news, Kristen Simmon's Article 5 series is one of the best Dystopian/post-apocalyptic fiction around. The world they inhabit is incredibly intense in so many ways. It also contains a love story that is genuine and the road they take towards love is as unconventional as it is affecting. So when I read that Simmons is coming out with a new series in the vein of The Handmaid's Tale (very topical given the political climate in regards to women's health), and Blood Red Road- one of my favorite books of 2011- my imagination exploded with the possibilities. Moira Young's Blood Red Road is so tough and brutal, I can't wait to see what Glass Arrow is actually like.
