A paperback edition of three Delirium short stories that were previously available only digitally: Hana, Annabel, and Raven.

For the first time, Lauren Oliver’s short stories about characters in the Delirium world appear in print. Originally published as digital novellas, Hana, Annabel, andRaven each center around a fascinating and complex character who adds important information to the series and gives it greater depth.

Hana is told through the perspective of Lena’s best friend, Hana Tate. Set during the tumultuous summer before Lena and Hana are supposed to be cured, this story is a poignant and revealing look at a moment when the girls’ paths diverge and their futures are altered forever.

Lena’s mother, Annabel, has always been a mystery—a ghost from Lena’s past. Until now. Her journey from teenage runaway to prisoner of the state is a taut, gripping narrative that expands the Delirium world and illuminates events—and Lena—through a new point of view.

And as the passionate, fierce leader of a rebel group in the Wilds, Raven plays an integral role in the resistance effort and comes into Lena’s life at a crucial time. Crackling with intensity, Raven is a brilliant story told in the voice of one of the strongest and most tenacious characters in the Delirium world.

This collection also includes an excerpt from Requiem, the final novel in Lauren Oliver’s New York Times bestselling series.

Set in the romantic and death-defying world of the international bestselling Die for Me trilogy, this digital original novella follows Jules, the brooding French artist who fell in love with his best friend’s girlfriend.

Jules Marchenoir is a revenant—an undead being whose fate forces him to sacrifice himself over and over again to save human lives. He’s spent the last century flirting his way through Paris, but when he met Kate Mercier, the heroine from Amy Plum’s Die for Me trilogy, he knew his afterlife had changed forever. But she fell in love with his best friend, Vincent. Now Jules is faced with an impossible decision: choosing between his loyal friend and a love truly worth dying for. Set alongside the trilogy, Die for Her is a digital original novella that tells Jules’s side of the story. It also features a teaser to the final book in the trilogy, If I Should Die, where Jules will decide if he can resist confessing his true feelings to Kate.

I'm behind on this series, but not for lack of love or interest in it. I just am. I need to take care of that before the new year.

----------------------------------------
A short digital-only novella set in the world of The Girl of Fire and Thorns. While Princess Elisa was being forced across the desert by a band of rebel kidnappers, her future handmaiden, Mara, was fighting for survival as enemy sorcerers decimated the countryside. This is Mara’s story.

On the outskirts of Joya d’Arena, small villages fight for survival against the onslaught of sorcerers and raiders. Mara’s village has been safe—so far—but Mara decides to escape, anyway. Escape from her harsh, abusive father. Escape with her first love. But when their plans fall on the same day that the animagi burn the village to the ground, Mara faces losses that could destroy her. She’s a survivor, though. She is going to make it through the mountains, and she is going to protect the refugees following her. Because there’s a rumored safe haven . . . and some say they have found the Chosen One. Told from Mara’s point-of-view, The Shattered Mountain is an alternate perspective of the beginning of the acclaimed The Girl of Fire and Thorns.

A short digital-only novella set in the world of Rae Carson’s acclaimed The Girl of Fire and Thorns.

This short novella features the characters and world of Rae Carson’s epic fantasies The Girl of Fire and Thorns and The Crown of Embers. A must-read for fans eagerly awaiting the final volume of the trilogy.

I think I've read The Girl of Fire and Thorns first two books of the trilogy at least four times, and all the Hector parts closer to six or seven. So it's safe to say that I'm going to gorge myself on these as soon as humanly possible. While I want EVERYTHING I read about this series be centered around my love of Hector and my admiration of Elisa. I know in my bones that the second, and as yet unnamed, novella will NOT be about Hector (this is me crying), but I will love every word. The Girl of Fire and Thorns is one of those impactful and significant series that I hold dear to my soul, I can't wait to add these to the collection.

A stand-alone short novella, a prequel to David Macinnis Gill’s acclaimed Black Hole Sun, of which Suzanne Collins said, “David Macinnis Gill rockets readers to new frontiers. . . . Action-packed.”Jacob Stringfellow, aka Durango, once had a promising career in the elite armed forces. That was before. Before his father betrayed him and his unit. Before he almost died and had an artificial intelligence flash-cloned to his brain. Now Durango and Mimi (the AI) are figuring out how to get along and figuring out how to stay in the game. Set on a violent and unforgettable dystopian Mars, this is a must-read for fans of the author’s Black Hole Sun trilogy and for anyone who loves intense, action-packed science fiction.

I LOVE this series. Durango is on my all time favorite characters list. I can not freaking wait for this e-book. I WISH it was full novel length!!!!
